Universal Auto Assembly (Private) Limited was established under the Nipayum Sri Lanka – 300 Enterprises Programme in 2007, and is a BOI approved company located in the Hambantota District.

The company has begun its operation with the assembly of Jaguar X-TYPE luxury saloon cars and RINO cabs. The RINO Single and Double Cabs are built and priced to suit the requirements of the mass market and local industries such as, agriculture, fisheries, transportation and construction.
