IWS Holdings was founded in the 1980 by Mr I W Senanayake (more popularly known as Arthur) - to pioneer leading technologies and innovations to his homeland - Sri Lanka. Ms Annika Senanayake a graduate in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, heads Corporate Planning for IWS Holdings Group of Companies She is also CEO of ART Television Broadcasting Company (Private) Limited and CNN’s official business representative in Sri Lanka.
Ms Annika Senanayake was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1st January 2012 of Sampath Bank. She is also a Member of Board Sub-Committees: Member of Credit Committee, Member of Marketing Committee, Member of Nominations Committee, Member of Human Resources & Remuneration Committee of Sampath Bank. Her current appointments are, Director at IWS Holdings (Private) Limited. Member - Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Young Leaders Steering Committee.
Ms Alexandria Senanayake is a graduate in Management & Theatre Arts (Double Major) at the Clark University in Worcester, MA , USA. Her career history began at Porsche Cars North America, Inc - Atlanta GA, USA as an Intern, Dealer & Retention Marketing. Thereafter she worked at Saatchi LAB Pte Ltd in Singapore as Senior Account Executive and subsequently joined UP Brandbuzz Pte Ltd, Singapore as Account manager.
She currently holds the position as a Director of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited and Managing Director of Eurocars (Private) Limited since 2010.
