PROJECTS DIVISION

The Projects Division originates in 1998 when the two companies Lanka Bell and Suntel entered the market for wireless telecom services introduced for the first time in Sri Lanka. The subsidiary was established in 1997 as a separate unit operating within the Dynacom Electronics to plan and implement major radio and telecommunication projects. The Dynacom Electronics Projects Division was involved as the service provider for many prestige national and international projects since 1999 such as for installation, repair, and maintenance of wireless subscriber terminals, global tender to supply Frequency Management & Monitoring Systems (FMMS). The service provider for Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) project funded by World Bank with an estimated worth of Rs.300 million, and other prestige projects such as supplier of installation teams to Dialog Axiata & repair services for monitoring, mine detector equipment for Armed Forces and NGOs.
